**THIS OPPORTUNITY IS IN IRWIN, PA**
Looking to get some exercise and socialize our adoptable dogs? Help is needed for daily duties taking care of our adoptable dogs. Kennel shifts include walking and playing with the dogs, cleaning the kennels, feeding and administering medication.
Dog Kennel Shift:
Daily
8a - 11:30am
4p - 6pm
Saturday: Meet-a-Pet events are 11a - 2p
Volunteers for dogs must be 18 or 15-17 with a parent.
We ask for a minimum of 2 hours per month commitment for a minimum of 4 months.

Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and find permanent homes for lost and unwanted dogs and cats in western Westmoreland County, PA. It is our goal to provide for the medial and physical needs of these animals; to provide educational activities and programs to help end the suffering causes by pet overpopulation; and to offer educational opportunities that will enhance the lives of people and their pets.
Description
Pet Friends relies on volunteers to spend quality time with our dogs and cats while they wait for their forever home. Our adoptable dogs are housed in a kennel and our cats are housed in foster homes.
