The Pet Therapy Volunteer will provide Heartland Hospice patients and families the opportunity to experience YOUR animals companionship.

The primary goal of social pet therapy visits is to enhance the quality of life for home or facility residents by promoting the human/animal bond.

Heartland Hospice does require YOUR pet to be certified by a therapy program. Your pet must also be up to date on all shots.

We are currently seeking volunteers for the following counties: Shelby, Preble, Darke, Miami, Montgomery, Greene, Clark, Champaign and Logan
