Volunteers 55 and older are needed to assist with Senior Tech Support classes at The Senior Hub, Inc.

You must have smartphone experience

Want to teach and/or support other people age 55 and older

Use or have experience with apps, Microsoft Office, and social media

Enjoy technology

(Senior Tech Support Volunteers will be expected to enroll as RSVP - SHOUT volunteers so that their hours of volunteering each month can be recorded and added to the total we report to the agency's funders.

The mission of The Senior Hub is to advance the quality of life for older adults through advocacy, community partnerships, and a variety of direct services planned to sustain an independent, healthy aging experience.

Description

The Senior Hub's programs are designed to engage older Americans in meaningful volunteer activities in their local communities, and to provide services which will allow them to remain independently in their homes for as long as possible.

Senior Hub's RSVP - SHOUT (Senior Hub Outreach) helps people to find service opportunities in their own communities that match their personal interests and utilize their skills and lifelong experiences. Volunteers schedules are flexible and hours range from 2-20 hours a week.
