A 71 year old gentleman living with ALS and his wife are looking for someone who can snow blow their driveway when it snows. His ALS and her arthritis prevent either one of them from doing it themselves. Their driveway is slightly wider than normal and is two car lengths long. They own a snow blower the volunteer can use.

What is ALS?
ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system. ALS results in the progressive weakness of voluntary muscles which often leads to total paralysis. There is no known cause or cure for ALS. People with ALS typically live between two and five years after being diagnosed.
How does The ALS Association help?
We fulfill our mission by offering programs, services, and equipment free of charge to anyone affected by ALS residing in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
