Feline Rescue is a Minnesota based no-kill companion cat rescue organization. We have a physical shelter that houses up to 50 cats and a foster program which can hold up to 200 cats. We are seeking a Foster Program Coordinator to help facilitate and oversee the operations of our foster program.
The Foster Program Coordinator ensures program leads have the necessary resources to carry out their roles according to established standards; works in partnership with the Program Operations Director, Cat Movement Manager, and veterinary staff to:
Ensure compliance with FR’s mission and state and federal shelter health guidelines.
Ensure capacity for care standards, program maximums, and lengths of stay targets are
maintained.
Assist with staff and volunteer training to build awareness and skills in the areas of cat
care, shelter health and operations, internal and public communications, and cohesive team
building.

Feline Rescue, Inc. is a Minnesota based no-kill companion cat rescue organization. Our founders established Feline Rescue in 1997 in Minneapolis, MN as a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization. We are an all volunteer organization, with no paid staff. We are funded exclusively through donations and grants. We receive no municipal, state, or federal funding.
Our mission is to provide safe shelter, veterinary care, and socialization for stray, abandoned or abused cats until good permanent homes can be found for them. Our mission does not enable us to accept owner surrendered animals.
We provide rescue and relief to the homeless and endangered cats in our community through programs that offer shelter, foster, social and medical rehabilitation, feral cat colony management, spay/neuter subsidy, and community education.
