A Wider Circle is seeking volunteers to serve in our professional clothing program! If you love fashion and have a knack for organization, this opportunity is for you. We are seeking volunteers to work behind-the-scenes of our professional clothing program to sort through donated clothing and curate the inventory for our Professional Development Center. Volunteers will join of a team of dedicated individuals who always ensure that clients are dressed to impress as they reenter the workforce. There will also be opportunities for leadership, guiding other volunteers who engage with our work on a less regular basis.
This volunteer opportunity is flexible, but we do ask for a regular commitment, such as once a week or once every other week. This allows you to set your own schedule and make a huge difference in the lives of those we serve!More opportunities with A Wider Circle

Description
A Wider Circle is a 501(c)(3) grassroots nonprofit organization that provides holistic support to families in need. We furnish the homes of children and adults who are transitioning out of domestic violence or homeless shelters, or who are simply living without what most of us take for granted - beds, dressers, sheets, towels, and other basic need items. We offer educational programs on topics ranging from job skills and money management to stress management and other life skills. We also provide wrap-around support to those seeking to enter or re-enter the workforce, including professional attire, education, and one-on-one support. We work with the most vulnerable among us, and we do whatever we can do to help them move toward stability and independence.
