We are recruiting several volunteers to support circulation activities at the Lancaster Public Library Mountville Branch. Volunteers at the Mountville Branch perform many important jobs, and are essential to maintaining quality library service.
We are seeking to fill the following days/shifts:
- Monday 5:30-8pm (2x/month)
- Tuesday 5:30-8pm (2x/month)
- Wednesday 6:30-8pm (2x/month)
- Wednesday 9:30am-1pm
- Thursday 9:30am-1pm
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant library experience desirable.

Today, the Lancaster Public Library consists of theDuke Street(main)library with branches in LPL East-Leola Branch and LPL West-Mountville Branch. These sites provide direct library service to approximately 40 per cent ofLancasterCounty's population in fourteen municipalities. It also serves as State designatedLibraryCenter providing interlibrary loan and reference service to its service area.
