Supports recruitment efforts from any and all local sources to include individuals, partners and groups.
Responsibilities:
1. Supports the implementation of a Recruitment strategy and plan for the chapter in coordination with Recruitment Lead.
2. Serves as support to the Recruitment Lead on local recruitment for steady state positions.
3. Works with Recruitment Lead and departments to recruit current volunteers for new opportunities and leadership positions.
4. Supports the Recruitment Lead as they serve as point of contact for local organizations/individuals interested in volunteering.
Qualifications:
Broad understanding OR willingness to learn about the American Red Cross and its opportunities for volunteer service.
Enthusiastic about Red Cross mission and programs.
Recruiting experience OR the ability to effectively communicate Red Cross mission and activities in a manner that is both attractive and realistic.
