A great many of those facing end of life are veterans. Lutheran Hospice is committed to providing the highest quality care for those who have served our country. We are seeking veterans who would like to provide a listening ear for our patients who served our country and have stories to tell. Much relief is provided when a veteran is met by another veteran who listens with a special understanding. Please contact us if you'd like to learn about this life changing opportunity! Lutheran Hospice strictly follows CDC guidelines, including issuing masks to volunteers, social distancing, and regular sterilization of our facility.

The mission of Lutheran Hospice is to provide compassionate, comprehensive and interedisciplinary care to terminally ill patients and their families.
Description
Lutheran Hospice at Collier Hospice Center is a comprehensive program providing care and support for individuals with a terminal illness, and offering education and support for their families. Established in June 1985, the program is licensed by the State of Colorado, certified by Medicare and accredited by The Joint Commission, which sets the standards by which health care quality is measured.
Lutheran Hospice provides end-of-life programs and services in a variety of settings, including an inpatient unit and the patient's own home. Our services are created to meet the needs of the terminally ill and those who love them.
