About us: The FEEL FREE 2 FEEL FREE program is an innovative combination of yoga sessions and mindfulness activities that work together to provide health and wellness tools for the development of youth and communities. The program includes modules for prevention and early intervention to students and participants.

We are looking for volunteers who are interested in health and wellness! The primary role of the volunteer will be to assist a lead instructor in teaching yoga classes and presenting wellness activities to youth.

This is a great volunteer opportunity for those looking to get volunteer hours for graduate school, nursing school, PA, medical school, or any other program. We welcome anyone who is interested in being involved!

We are asking that our volunteers commit 1hr/week for a minimum of 3 months (preferably 6 months)

Requirements:

You must be over the age of 18

Must be able to pass Livescan background check

Must be able to pass TB test

Experience working with kids

Previous experience practicing yoga

Preferred:

1-3 years experience working with kids

Background in mental health or education related to health and wellness

Yoga certification
