The Gift Shop provides strong support to our community and our mission by supplying special gifts to our residents through shop proceeds as well as providing residents, their families and off campus community a place to shop and to volunteer.
Shop Manager oversees the shop operations and reports to the Passavant Auxiliary. Co-managers and Area Team Leaders help with the many responsibilities of running the shop but a central manager to coordinate everyone is needed!
Good customer service skills and retail background preferred. Able to work independently and with teams.
Position description is available for interested parties. Reference/procedural books on ordering, cash register, etc are available for the shop manager.

Description
Volunteers at Passavant Community help residents experience an Abundant Life(R) while also enjoying being a part of this friendly community. Passavant is located in the beautiful and historic town of Zelienople, PA. just 30 miles north of Pittsburgh. We are faith-based and non-profit and have served elders for over 100 years. Our community consists of more than 600 residents living on 42 beautiful acres in cottages, apartments, personal care apartments and nursing care.
Passavant Community is rated as a 5-star nursing home by the Federal Government's Center for Medicare and Medicaid Studies. While we are proud of that rating, we are equally proud of the friendly community atmosphere of our retirement community.
