ORGANIZATION: Volunteers in Medicine

Our free clinic has a small patient/community garden for the past five years. Our garden mgr moved out of town and we are seeking a replacement for her.
The Garden Mgr is entitled to a plot. He/she oversees and enforces the rules for our garden. The Garden Mgr plans annual Spring and Fall garden clean ups/ classes for gardeners.

Description

We are a free medical clinic that provides no-cost healthcare to uninsured San Diego residents. Volunteers in Medicine (VIM), located in East County, has been making a positive difference in people's lives since 2006. Our free medical services would not be possible without the passion, talent and expertise of our dedicated volunteers who are comprised of practicing/retired physicians, registered nurses, and support staff.
