Mission Statement
Our Mission Sea Crest Hospice strives to uphold the dignity and quality of life for those faced with a life limiting illness by providing compassionate, professional care to our patients and their families in their time of need. Everything done at Sea Crest Hospice is focused on our patients and families. Our goal is to ensure they receive all the care and support they need to make every day a good day!
Description
Sea Crest Hospice care is delivered with COMPASSION...
Hospice care at Sea Crest Hospice is a compassionate approach to health care that addresses the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs of terminally ill patients, their caregivers and families when curative measures may no longer be an option. Individualized care is provided by a specialized team of Sea Crest Hospice professionals who focus on pain, symptom management, support, quality of life, care and a sense of worth and dignity. Sea Crest Hospice strives to enable patients to live their lives fully. We provide opportunities for patients, caregivers and their families to better communicate and work towards resolving unfinished issues they may be experiencing, but mostly living each day to the fullest.
The focus of hospice is on caring, not curing, and in most cases care is provided in the patient’s home. Hospice may also be provided in nursing homes, assisted livings, board and cares or wherever the patient calls home. Hospice services are available to all patients regardless of age, religion, race, illness, national origin. Sea Crest Hospice believes that no individual receiving services should feel isolated or alone and that our presence will make a difference.
