The Stepping Stones Project is looking for a few active members of its Board of Directors who would like be involved in supporting and guiding this creative non-profit youth and family service organization as we move to expand in the next stage of our development.
SSP runs youth groups to support and guide middle school youth during one of the hardest times of their lives. Our program provides long-term, intergenerational mentoring to give youth a sense of belonging in their group and our village community.
"Board membership with Stepping Stones has been my entry point to involve myself in bettering our culture. Through positive interaction with the parents, the youth, and the program Leaders, we create a network of highly educated, deeply motivated individuals from all age groups who work in teams. And from that comes the personal rewards of knowing that we are making a difference in all of our lives. We are the change that we bring to the world."
