During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of both COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Volunteers provide healthy food for our community at the weekly OneWorld Food Pantry. Every Friday, the Saving Grace Food Rescue truck delivers perishable food, like fruits, vegetables, eggs and milk. Recipients come to the OneWorld Livestock Exchange Building Campus in South Omaha to visit this "choice" style pantry.
What do we do? Friendly volunteers with kind smiles help greet community members, setup the room, unload the truck, prepare bags of food, assist people to their vehicles, and cleanup the room.
When? There are 3 shift options:
What to wear? Weather-appropriate clothing suitable for movement and closed-toe shoes.
What to bring? We gladly accept donations of clean plastic or cloth shopping bags with handles.
Where to park? Volunteers are welcome to use the Livestock Exchange Building’s parking lot near 30 th and L Streets. As a courtesy to accommodate our patients coming to the clinic for medical care, we ask volunteers to join our staff and use the parking spots furthest away from the doors. An overflow lot is available across the street of our complex to the East.
How do we get started? Contact Angie Washington, OneWorld Volunteer Supervisor, 402-502-8917, email@example.com
Thank you for considering this opportunity!

OneWorld, in partnership with the community, provides culturally respectful, quality health care with special attention to the underserved.
OneWorld is the largest provider of primary health care services in South Omaha. We are the only primary care clinic in the area with a majority bilingual and bicultural staff, a sliding fee scale for patients without insurance, entitlement enrollment, on-site dental, pharmacy, behavioral health care, vision and other services.
OneWorld provides a vast range of services in health care, dentistry and behavioral health. We focus on meeting the primary health care needs of our community, and we maintain an open-door policy, providing treatment regardless of an individual’s income, insurance coverage, without differentiation or consideration of race, sex, disability, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, immigration status or ability to pay.
We'll work with your schedule.
