Get festive with us!
We need volunteers to help us string the lights, hang wreaths and garland and decorate the grounds and gardens for the Festival of Trees, our largest fundraiser. Work alongside Mass Hort staff to decorate the outside of the Hunnewell Building, Victorian Lodge, Manor House, and other buildings at The Gardens at Elm Bank in Wellesley.
Come for one shift or many:
Thursday, November 15th through Sunday, November 18th
Shifts: 8am - 12 pm and 12 pm - 4 pm
Enjoy the gardens and festivities outside and help us make the 10th Annual Festival of Trees a huge success!

Mission Statement
Founded in 1829, the Massachusetts Horticultural Society is dedicated to encouraging the science and practice of horticulture and developing the public's enjoyment, appreciation, and understanding of plants and the environment. As a 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit, we provide educational opportunities to people of all ages through hands-on learning in the gardens, workshops and lectures, and visits to schools and outreach programs throughout Massachusetts. Our public gardens, The Gardens at Elm Bank, are located on the historic Elm Bank estate in Wellesley/Dover, and include 16 acres of display gardens, historic landscapes and structures and natural habitat.
