Have you ever thought about becoming a "resource parent," the first step toward fostering or adopting a child? More than 22,000 children in Los Angeles County need stable homes. To learn more about becoming a resource parent, please join All Saints Foster Care Project and our partnering agency, RaiseAChild, on Thursday, November 29, 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., in Sweetland Hall, All Saints Church, Pasadena. Staff members from RaiseAChild, Westside Children's Center, Village Family Services, Five Acres, Penny Lane Centers, and David and Margaret Youth and Family Services will be present to respond to your questions and concerns and even get you started on the process. Hors d'oeuvres will be catered by Green Street Café.
