EduSerc is seeking individuals interested and committed to serving as volunteer mentors to local high school students in our Industry Pipeline Leadership Development (IPLD) Program. This program provides students with industry training and skill development through the development of projects.
Mentors would assist students in the concept, development and implementation of an industry based project of their choice. The time commitment would be from 8a.m. - 4p.m., on the days the students are out of school, from November 2018 through February 2019. The IPLD Program will be hosted by SAP in Downtown Chicago, IL.

Overview
EduSerc (pronounced "ej-u-serk") stands for Educators Serving the Community. EduSerc is a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt, non-profit organization that dedicates itself to the development and advancement of youth, adults and the community across the nation. Founded in 1996, the focus of the organization is to build an infrastructure of resources to strategically and creatively address needs in the community that involve education.
EduSerc's primary directive and core capability is career and professional development. Through our network of corporate and community resources, EduSerc leverages partnerships to streamline community service efforts and enhance the value of corporate initiatives that benefit young people.
The members of the organization are a mixture of college students, young professionals, business/organizational employees and business owners. EduSerc's initiatives and programs are designed to expose its members talents and education and to highlight them as role models for the community.
