Miss live music? Well, it's back! We are safely re-opening our studio to offer local musicians a safe venue to play and record during COVID and beyond.

We're looking for passionate individuals to help us set up and run sound at live and live-streamed concerts.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be able to attend concerts (likely at least 1/month)
  • Plan and conduct gear set-up and sound checks with bands
  • Follow and enforce social distancing and other COVID safety measures
  • Experience mixing live music
  • Learn MusicLandria’s sound equipment
  • Coordinate and communicate with bands and other volunteers
  • Be available for monthly or weekly check-ins as needed
  • Regularly check E-mail
  • Be personable and organized
  • Be willing to contribute creatively and be flexible with responsibilities
  • Follow MusicLandria on social media and help share/promote events
TIME COMMITMENT:
Flexible. Volunteers will be expected to put in time on a weekly basis and respond reasonably quickly to requests and emails.
Ideally, volunteers should be able to come in once a week for a couple hours.
Expect longer shifts on the day of events, including set up, sound checks, sound reinforcement during the show, and tear-down afterwards.
Events will typically take place during Library open hours (W-F 4-9pm, Sat 12-9pm)
