Our Information Desk Volunteers serve at the front desk of the VA Palo Alto Medical Center. They are frontline customer service people giving directions, information, and assistance to our Veteran patients. It is a very busy and diverse position filled with interesting people and situations. We have Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning positions open.
