During the PowHERful Enrichment Conference, over 150 girls and young women ages 14-23 will learn tips on how to brand themselves on social platforms, maximize college and career opportunities, and create a blueprint to their success from influential women in their community! This event will be hosted by co-founder and award-winning journalist Soledad O'Brien.
Volunteers will support the following parts of the day:
Registration Support - You will help to register attendees and maintain updated attendance records
Breakfast Set Up and Clean Support - You will help to set up and clean breakfast for attendees
Lunch Set Up and Clean Support - You will help to set up and clean lunch for attendees
Speaker Support - You will help to make sure speakers arrive to stage on time from the registration area
*Note that free breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided for everyone in attendance, and we will provide free t-shirts for any and all volunteers*

We provide financial assistance, mentorship and wraparound support to help these young women achieve their fullest potential. We provide young women with a bridge between obstacles and opportunity, giving them the experiences, education and resources needed to overcome unexpected barriers to success.
