The ECM is a student and community organization whose building and grounds have been used for gathering around faith, social justice, and revolutionary action since the 60s. We recently began welcoming people into our lower level Hospitality House, a low-cost short term housing option just off-campus. We are a non-profit powered by volunteers. In recent years, the grounds surrounding the ECM have suffered due to lack of maintenance. We are looking for some volunteers to help maintain our grounds and garden, once a week, or once a month. This job is very meaningful to the ECM--having a beautiful exterior welcomes all those who enter. Our part time staff do what they can to help out, but we are looking for people who want to share their gardening skills with us to take it to the next level, either as a leader or as a member of a small team that comes in at regular intervals. Help us transform this space.
