Kettle Workers will be volunteering for the Rome Salvation Army throughout the City soliciting donations to support the Salvation Army's mission of meeting basic necessities and providing help to those in need. Stations will be determinred by the Salvation Army including indoor and outdoor sites and training will be given. Collecting will begin the second week of November and continue through Christmas Eve.

To address the rising issue of hunger in Rome, NY, Mohawk Valley Community College is launching a volunteer project that will help cut back hunger in Rome and provide individuals with a fufilling community work experience.
