The Concern for Neighbors Food Bank strives to lead our community in providing food and emergency assistance to those in need. Each week we serve ~110 families in the Brier, south Lynnwood, and Mountlake Terrace communities. We hope to find a talented volunteer Assistant Executive Director to help lead our operations and volunteers.
Duties of this position include managing the warehouse, being aware of the financials and food drives, supervising operations and volunteers, communicating with and occasionally substituting for the Executive Director, and leading and delegating projects. Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must and position-specific training will be provided. The AED will generally be on site from 8 to 1 pm on Monday and Tuesday mornings and work 10-15 hours/week. If interested, please contact us at concern4neighborsfoodbank@yahoo.com.
