If you're a leader, the American Red Cross needs you! Leaders are needed to support and coordinate teams in Disaster Cycle Services. Coordinators are responsible for supporting team members by arranging meetings, coaching and providing feedback, and distributing information to a group of people.
Leaders are needed in the following roles: Workforce Engagement Coordinator (think: Human Resources), Logistics Coordinator, Feeding Coordinator, and Home Fire Campaign Coordinator. You do not need any previous knowledge for any role - training is provided!
Time commitment for any leadership role is flexible. If you have daytime availability, it is a bonus, but not required. We are hoping you might have 4-8 hours/week to contribute, although this commitment is flexible.
