Looking for volunteers interested in providing companionship to patient's living at home receiving hospice care. These volunteers provide support to both the patient and their family during what can be challenging time for families. This opportunity is a unique chance for volunteers to provide a service that directly impacts people in need.
While this posting is looking for volunteers on the east side of Nashville, I have several opportunities in both Davidson and Williamson Counties.

Volunteers must be over the age of 18 and willing to take a drug and background test at our company's expense.

Description
The focus of hospice care is on the patient and the family - the unit of care. One way that Caris achieves this is through what is known as The Better Way program.
