Volunteers will greet guest as they enter the hospital and assist them with directions and information.
Volunteers will provide personal attention to guest personal needs.
Volunteers will manage the wheelchairs and wagons used by guest.
Volunteers will ensure that the piano is turned on and the lobby area is welcoming.
Volunteers will work in conjunction with the Guest Service staff member who escort guest to their destination.
