Wise Wonders Children's Museum
Mission: Engaging curious, creative, and scientific minds through playful learning experiences for all children and families.
Vision: Wise Wonders seeks to create a community that inspires a passion for lifelong learning.
Goals: We strive to bring families together and develop a lifelong love of learning between children and their caregivers. Wise Wonders seeks to encourage all children to explore science, technology, engineering, and math in a collaborative environment.
Values: We value fun, curiosity and creativity, interaction and innovation, inclusion and safety.
Board Member Expectations
Service and Leadership: Board members are expected to attend 75% of monthly meetings throughout the year and actively participate on at least one committee. The member is also expected to volunteer once per quarter or at a minimum of two special programs annually. Finally, it is expected that the board member make a yearly monetary donation to Wise Wonders on behalf of the board membership.
Advocacy: It is expected that you make a presentation on behalf of the museum in front of other groups you may be apart of, so as to promote the mission of the museum, encourage visitation, and generate donations.
Resource Development: The museum is working towards growing into a larger space, but that is not possible without effective fundraising. As a board member, it is paramount that one participates in fundraising activities and conducts face-to-face asks for investments in Wise Wonders Children's Museum. We ask that you consider making a planned gift or bequest to the Museum and encourage community members and supporters to do the same.
Board Terms
An officer of Wise Wonders shall hold office for two years or until the Board of Directors elects a successor. Officers include a President, Vice President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer.

Wise Wonders is a children's museum in Billings, MT and an approved 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are proud to share our fun, interactive and educational STEM/STEAM exhibits and programs with the community of Billings and beyond! Our current business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from
10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
