Help the PlayHouse ring in the new year at noon! Volunteers will be needed to help lead various activities like making party hats, running games, and handing out prizes. Then, help us really celebrate as we all pump up the jams at a dance party at 11:30, capped with a balloon drop and cupcakes at noon.

The fundamental responsibilities of the Park District are:
*to provide Peoria area residents with opportunities for wholesome recreational activities, high quality facilities and a wide variety of programs to aid in satisfying diverse interests.
*conserve the natural resoursces of Peoria for the enjoyment of today's residents, as well as future generations. This includes restoration of natural and open spaces in older sections of the city.
*to be the guardian of a quality environment for Peoria area residents while encouraging the restoration, conservation, and preservation of aesthetic values in the community.
