Last year, Options proudly assisted more than 2,400 Long Islanders, adults and children, through our housing and case management programs. All of our program participants have very low incomes and struggle with serious illness and disability . Sadly, most cannot afford to celebrate the holidays with gifts for their loved ones. So each year, Options collects "wish lists" from the families served by our programs. Last year, we were able to help more than 30 families!

Description
Since 1982, Options for Community Living, Inc. (Options) has been providing residential and support services to people in need on Long Island, NY. Through housing programs, case management, and care coordination services, Options staff help participants access resources and services to promote optimal health, stability and independence. Our programs are specialized to serve individuals with psychiatric disabilities and other serious chronic illnesses including HIV/AIDS. Options owns more than 150 residential properties scattered across Nassau and Suffolk Counties. This past year alone, we helped more than 2,000 Long Islanders (individuals and families) with their housing and support service needs.
