We have a lot of students struggling in pre-calculus at both the senior and junior level. We are looking for tutors to come in weekly and give extra one-on-one help to our students. This can either be during school or after school based on your schedule. Our in-school hours vary, but they will take place within the hours of 9AM-2PM on Fridays.

After school hours will be from 3:05PM until 4:45PM. This can be shortened depending on the need of the student and your schedule.

This opportunity only occurs during the week and the days will vary depending on the individual student's schedule. Once a time and day is set up, the tutoring sessions' date and times will remain the same every week. All communication about tutoring, scheduling, school vacation days and etc. will be consistently communicated by the tutoring point person at Cristo Rey.

Description

Cristo Rey Boston is part of the Cristo Rey Network of schools. Each of these schools use a work study program to help fund the student's education. This involves each student working one day a week at a company instead of attending school. This program, along with fundraising, financial aid and scholarship allow our students to help pay for their tuition to attend the school.

We also use our rigorous curriculum to help prepare our students for college. Over the past couple of years 100% of our students have been accepted in to a 4-year college. Our goal is to keep this up and help increase our college persistence rate.
