Dreamfar High School Marathon (DHSM) is a nonprofit organization that challenges at-risk youth to reach their full potential--socially, emotionally, physically, and academically--through a mentor-supported marathon training program. Mentors meet with their students Saturday mornings (November-May) and provide support and encouragement in their training for the Providence Marathon. DHSM is currently seeking volunteer mentors who are able to run/walk a 12 min/mile pace or slower. All mentors will receive professional certified marathon coaching and will have access to a nutritionist and physical therapist. Please contact Kate Russell, firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information on how to get involved.

About Dreamfar High School Marathon
27 SCOTNEY RD, CHESTNUT HILL, MA 02467, US
Dreamfar High School Marathon (DHSM) helps high school students discover their full potential--physically, socially, emotionally, and academically --through a mentor-supported, marathon training program.
As New England’s first marathon training program, we’ve helped over 200 students from seven different high schools in the greater Boston area realize their true potential through running. Each training run represents a new milestone and symbol of success. As students cross the finish line, they experience the impossible becoming possible and are empowered to tackle life’s next big challenge.
We'll work with your schedule.
