The salvation Army during the Holidays needs help fund raising, packing food, ringing bells for Red Kettles, organizing toys for distribution, data entry, and a variety of things young and all ages can do and get the satisfaction that it is helping a family in need.

We serve everyone without discrimination with basic needs of shelter, hot food, food boxes, toys, and utility assistance. We are Christian based and our values of integrity and service with love to all are what motivates us. Local volunteers help local folks and this is one of our best practices.

The Salvation Army is worldwide in 128 countries and has churches, schools, clinics, and rehab facilities in every major city. In the USA we serve 30,000,000 per year covering every zip code; this is why we are always in need of volunteers to help us serve or pack food, work or organize in the office, or be out in the community. We have been serving in Christ's name for 152 years!
