Help Playtime Project share the joy of the holidays by signing up to be a Holiday Helper. Holiday Helpers commit to help us transport donated toys and holiday gifts from our office in Columbia Heights to one of our five sites. Car required! We are looking for 15 Holiday Helpers, so please tell a friend!

The mission of Playtime Project (Playtime) is to cultivate resilience in children experiencing family housing insecurity by providing and expanding access to transformative play experiences.
Description
Playtime Project is a small staff team supported by countless volunteers providing weekly activities, healthy snacks, and opportunities for play to the children at shelters, schools, and community spaces in DC and Prince George's County, MD. Through weekly children’s programs at multiple locations, volunteers provide playful games, chances to learn through art, movement and imaginative play, one-on-one attention and caring adult supervision for children.
