The YWCA's 5-star Early Learning Program (ELP) brings the mission of the YWCA - eliminating racism and empowering women - to our youngest members.

Children learn to appreciate other cultures, learn basic academics in the everyday world, and enjoy non-violent play. The Center uses Creative Curriculum, an evidence-based model that prepares children to succeed cognitively, physically, socially and emotionally. Programming includes art, music, indoor and outdoor play, weekly swim lessons, and age appropriate reading, writing, science and math activities. Our Child Care Center is seeking volunteers who want to help our children learn, be active and grow. Volunteers will help with reading and storytelling, group enrichment experiences, and assist with Rainbow In My Tummy lunches and snacks.
