We are an assisted living facility looking to bring in some therapy animals to help cheer up our elderly residents. The residents here have expressed a strong interest in having animals come to the facility. We would be open to having you any day of the week, any time between 9:00am-5:00pm. Ideally, we would like to find a few different pet owners that could come on differing days, and hopefully on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Description
We strive to make smiles occur even on the gloomiest of days. We would like to begin implementing a volunteer program to give residents another thing to look forward too.
We are seeking volunteers of all ages to perform for the residents (i.e. singing, playing an instrument, magic, dance, etc.) during the week days.
