EcoRing seeks Board members who believe in our mission - to green the tourist industry and to make travel carbon neutral. We need members passionate about one or more of the following: 1) Climate change, 2) bicycling, 3) trains, 4) low-carbon transportation, 5) tourism. You must be willing to make a two-year commitment, meeting once each month on the second Monday of each month, 6 PM to 8 PM. Our Board is a working board with members willing to spend time helping to build the organization and helping implement our initiatives which can be viewed online at EcoRing.org. You should reside within Sonoma, Marin or San Francisco Counties and be able to travel to Sebastopol, CA. Board training is available.
We seek a board diversified culturally, ethnically, racially and politically. We seek members from the environmental, business, and social communities.
