The Baddest Non-profit on the Planet
is looking for an architect to participate in changing the face of north St. Louis, MO. Right in the heart of a impoverished community blighted by dilapidated buildings, deep poverty, and general decay is a thriving project.

We need your help
with another aspect of this dynamic and community-changing project. Your architectural drawing skills will go toward the creation of plans for an outdoor Market that APEDF will start next year. You will help give local vendors a space of their own to sell their products and services which will result in this community creating commerce which will contribute to economic development. So far, we have successfully demolished two decaying buildings to make space for this Market. Now, as we raise funds to pave a parking lot, plant a garden, and raise lighting, we need the skills of an architect to create the plans.

This project also includes
the successful renovation of a 9,000 square ft building that was previously acting as a make-shift homeless shelter and drug escape. It is now a beautiful and thriving Banquet Hall and office space for this community.

We are currently
raising money to renovate another building which will become a commercial kitchen and bakery cafe', as well as housing which will allow people returning from prison to live safely while they enter our culinary workforce program to get skills which will allow them to become skilled employees and business owners.
