Avenidas is looking for volunteers to help at our 17th Annual Caregiver Conference

We are looking for volunteers to work with staff to help with the following:

7:00am - Set up

8:00-10am - Registration, Help staff w/tickets, nametags for attendees, hand out bags and giveaways, direct people to sponsor tables

10-11am - Keynote address

11am - 12:30pm - Monitor sessions

12:30pm - Help serve lunch, clean up after, room set up for 2nd session time

1:15-2:30pm - Monitor sessions

2:30 - 4pm - Help staff with clean up of conference, stacking chairs, moving tables, detaching A/V equipment, general clean up

This is a great opportunity for a group, or individuals. The talks are given by experts in the field of geriatrics and caregiving so students interested in these fields are encouraged to volunteer with room monitoring so you can listen to the presentations.

Volunteers can sign up for part of the day or the whole day.

Community hours for school can be fulfilled by this opportunity for students of all ages.

Older adult volunteers highly encouraged.
