APAH’s newest community, Columbia Hills, has opened and residents are starting to move in. As part of the move-in and welcome process, our resident services team is meeting with new residents and asking them to complete a survey/assessment to help us serve and support them in their new community. As part of the process, residents receive a welcome packet and post-assessment gift card (donated by our corporate partner AvalonBay Communities!)

We are looking for volunteers to assist with this intake process.

Requirements: Friendly, positive and welcoming demeanor, Spanish language not required but a plus, shadowing resident services team as orientation process, eventually executing assessments independently (without staff oversight). Morning, daytime and weekend shifts options (8:45am-1PM and 2:30-4:30PM). Shadowing to begin this week (October 16-19 th) and continues as needed when new volunteers come on board.
