HPSO is dedicated to giving college students hands-on experience in the field. As a life coach/mentor you will be able to work with high school students to assist with opening doors to life’s possibilities based on real-life experiences through sharing, mentorship, and building life skills that will assist with making effective choices that foster healthy and prosperous living.

We are need of dedicated volunteers who are currently enrolled in a university pursuing a degree in social work, teaching, psychology or any other human services development degree.

Qualifications Include:

  • Background check
  • Some college work completed
  • A passion for working with the youth
  • a minimum of 1-year commitment

We are looking forward to working with those ready to make a difference in the community!

Description

HPSO was formed to give college undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to explore their possibilities of growth in the field which they pursue through hands-on applications, rapport training with a certified licensed Board of Advisors, and the support of undergraduates and graduate students. We aim to seize every opportunity to assist students to have the experience and skills needed to obtain employment, build businesses and grow nonprofit organizations successfully.
