Victims of Domestic Violence Support

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Corvettes Serving America Foundation, Inc.

Many victims of domestic violence have been forced to leave their homes because of abuse, and arrive at safe havens with just a suitcase. Those who go on to transitional housing program or homes in the community may lack the financial resources to purchase what they need for their new homes. Please join me in efforts to provide toiletries which they will need to rebuild their lives free from violence!

Please send your donations of travel-size toiletries (soap, shampoo, lotion, etc.) to :

Mission Statement

The mission of Corvette’s Serving America Foundation remains true to the ideals it was founded upon in 2003: To "Give Back" to the community by leveraging the enthusiasm of the Corvette and other Sport Car Communities to promote awareness and prevention of diseases. " Our vision is that through awareness and the promotion of early detection, we can make an impact on the community about deadly diseases. We will partner with other local, state-wide and out-of-state organized Corvette clubs on this activities that provides funding for non-profit and survivor organizations throughout the nation.

Description

CSA Foundation is more than just a fundraiser. We are working with a broad range of partners, organizations and people to promote awareness and early detection of many terminal diseases.

CSA is a non-profit organization bringing together and promoting the interest of Chevrolet Corvette Enthusiasts while enjoying the benefits of fellowship and camaraderie.

Corvettes Against Breast Cancer is our annual signature event. Its primary purpose is to link sports car enthusiasts with activities that promote breast cancer awareness. Sports car enthusiasts’ and others will convene at the Atlanta Motor Speedway to participate in rides on the track ("track laps").

From driving across country to Las Vegas, Nevada (2005) and Portland, Maine (2008), our goal remains consistent- to support charitable causes as well as the health, welfare and economic needs of our community. Together in 2009, we awarded more than $9000 to the American Cancer Society and other local survivor organizations.
