Marketing/Communications Intern

FHM is a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry that helps bring transformation to lives through teaching, mentoring, etc. Founded in 2010, our mission is to teach kingdom values that transform lives and communities, empowering people to discover and achieve their life purpose. We also work with women affected by commercial sex trafficking, host a weekly podcast, and teach tools that help individuals overcome issues from their past.

About this opportunity:
You will work closely with the founder on various projects, gaining an overview of operations in a non-profit ministry. You will be exposed to all areas of communications and marketing, such as:

Social media content creation
Research for blogs and various communications mediums
Assisting with graphics/media design
Identifying opportunities for content simplification on website
Helping develop split testing emails
Assisting with events, etc.


The intern should demonstrate the following:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Familiarity with social platforms
Agile CRM experience preferred but not required
Web, graphic design and social media background a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and PowerPoint

This internship is part-time with 8-10 hours anticipated. It is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience. Creativity is a plus.
