Veteran

Join us in our mission to make a difference and help improve our Veteran hospice patients quality of life. You can be a part by providing a compassionate presence and support to them and their families.

A unique bond is formed when a hospice patient who is a Veteran is matched with a volunteer who is also a Veteran. Volunteers who are Veterans are integral to our Veteran recognition program by assisting with pinning ceremonies and memorial services.

Volunteers who are Veterans have the opportunity to touch the lives of our hospice patients and families in a very special way. Whether by providing an understanding ear to listen or a shoulder to lean on, Veterans have a special bond. Make a difference in the life of another Veteran...Volunteer with New Beacon Hospice.
