Cornerstones is looking for a weekly volunteer to assist our Housing Opportunities Collaborative program. Our goal is to provide our clients with a variety of resources in hopes of preventing and ending homelessness. Volunteer work will be held at our main office in Reston, VA.
Duties:
- Calling landlords regarding their available units
- Entering and updating data
- Completing other office duties as assigned
The set day and time of the week are flexible and can be determined by the volunteer’s schedule. We are looking for someone who can volunteer weekdays anytime between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. for at least 3 hours.
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience or knowledge of affordable housing is helpful, but not required
