We need able-bodied individuals capable of setting up tables and chairs, manning a registration table, setting up small displays, a snack table, etc. and staying to later clean up and return the room to its proper arrangement.
Individuals should be properly dressed and groomed as this is a professional meeting with community parents/guardians, professionals, educators, etc. You can wear a clean red shirt in recognition of Dyslexia, but it should not have any derogatory comments or drug/alcoholic illustrations. You can wear a nice pair of jeans, as long as they are pulled up, with a belt and no holes, pins, etc.
Please email us as soon as possible o find out more information and to confirm your interest, commitment to help out and tell us a bit more about yourself and why you want to volunteer. We also need to have your contact information and a diver's license picture ID for identification and security measures.
