Need an intake volunteer for nurse for free and low-cost Medical Screenings at one of the Plano Community Homes located at 3905 American Dr, Plano 75075. Duties include helping patients check in, fill out intake forms, take payments. Health screening takes place on the 1st Wednesday of every month from 9am - 12:00pm
Volunteer must pass background screening.

The Wellness Center is a multidisciplinarity nonprofit agency which provides preventive health services and social services to the aging population in Collin County. Services include nursing, information and referral, transportation, counseling, support groups and volunteer assistance. The goal of the agency to to promote well being and independence.
