Need Medical Intake volunteer to assist nurse with health screenings and foot care appointments in two Plano community home locations:
1608 L Ave. and 1928 K Ave. both from 9am to noon
Fluency in the Chinese Mandarin language would be SUPER HELPFUL due to the demographics of the clientele.
1928 K Ave. is scheduled for the second Tuesday of every month
1608 L Ave. is scheduled for the third Tuesday of every month
This individual would help to check in patients, get them to fill out forms, copy ID, and take payments, if necessary.
Volunteer must pass background check.

The Wellness Center is a multidisciplinarity nonprofit agency which provides preventive health services and social services to the aging population in Collin County. Services include nursing, information and referral, transportation, counseling, support groups and volunteer assistance. The goal of the agency to to promote well being and independence.
