Join United by Blue and Get Outdoors Nevada for a cleanup of the Tropicana Flamingo Wash Trail!
The Tropicana Flamingo Wash Trail meanders along southwest Las Vegas and follows a flood control canal (the wash) that passes by the Flamingo Detention Basin. Although the trail doesn’t have direct water access, wind and storms send micro-trash from the trail and area streets into the wash and basin.
Help us protect and preserve this trail and, by extension, an essential Las Vegas waterway, by removing trash and debris from the trail and streets.
We will provide all cleanup supplies, snacks, and water.
Parking is available at Durango High School: 7100 W Dewey Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89113
MINORS: If you are under 18 years old and are coming without an adult, please let us know when signing up for this opportunity. We will provide you a waiver for your parent or guardian to sign ahead of time.
