1.) Identify training needs of service providers & begin developing a training program.
2.) Work with initiative partners & community leadership to recruit additional organizations & educate the community on available resources
3.) Assist in enhancing a plan for data collection, management, & sharing on a community-wide level.
4.) Identify & document community’s improvements & continued needs related to increasing permanent housing solutions, improving data management, strengthening community partnership, & implementing special initiatives to prevent & end homelessness.

Description
Texas Homeless Network is a statewide non-profit organization that provides information services to providers and individual members serving the homeless population all across the state of Texas. THN promotes communication, develops awareness, and formulates strategies concerning statewide issues and problems that require solutions more comprehensive than local efforts can supply on their own. We do this through our publications, workshops and statewide conference.
